Large size press
To start commercial production of the driving motor core for automobile use, two press machines of 200 ton and one press machine of 300 ton were installed. For the future enhancement of production, installation of a new larger press is under consideration.
Specification Commercial production is ready for large-sized motor cores by installing the equipment for the back-pressure apparatus of oil hydraulic cylinder and the index and servomotor of the rotation laminating device. -
High-speed press
High speed production of laminated motor cores using a magnetic steel sheet with the thickness of 0.5 mm or less is accomplished by high-speed presses of mainly 60 - 80 ton.
Specification As for lamination of the motor core, new construction methods are under development in addition to the caulking lamination method which is one of our strong points. Mass production system is established for the laser welding lamination. As for the adhesive lamination, prototypes are under development. -
Power press
Planking of 1 to 4 mm of thickness is produced by progressive press work, including heatsinks and shallow drawing motor cases.
Specification Promote labor-saving for human-intensive power press tasks by introducing an automatic product picking machine suitable for each product. -
Washer
Products other than ferrous metal ones vulnerable to corrosion are degreased and cleaned according to the customers' demands. As for small parts, elimination of burr and other roughness by barrel polishing process is also possible.

Visual inspection of electronic parts are performed．In an environment of a cleen room Class 10,000．

About inspection
We have the three-dimensional/image measuring instruments to ensure the quality of our main products including motor cores for automobile use and ultra microfabrication products. We also have the precision measuring instruments available for the measurement of precision press products.
