Tool design

With the background of a wide experiences in the fabrication of a multitude of tools, we suggest the best layout according to customer’s request. We realize the efficient programing by using CAD/CAM systems．

Machining center

Used to perform primary machine works for a variety of tool set plates ranging from small-sized tools related to electronic parts to large-sized ones for driving motors for automobile use.

Grinding work

Have small-sized surface grinder, large-sized surface grinder, profile grinder, small-sized cylindrical grinder, and large-sized cylindrical grinder to provide ability to address all-around grinding work.

Wire electric discharge machine

Used to process parts of tools by selecting the optimum oil and water specifications for wire electric discharge machines according to the quality of part material, processing accuracy, and surface roughness, satisfying the requests of our customers. Mainly used for high precision part processing of tool stripper.

Jig grinder

Finish the hole and pocket processing of tool part with high precision, keeping the compatibility of tools when their parts are replaced for repair. Also used as the mother machine of our tools to measure the pitch accuracy after tool assembling.

Tool assembling

High accuracy processed parts are integrated and completed as a tool. Assembled tools are tried and adjusted following the customers' specifications to satisfy their demands.
